Recently visited here with friends on a cruise. We rented the beach cabana. The cabana was on the back row. This meant we had to pass through rows of people to get to the water. The water was clear enough to see the bottom when standing chest deep in the water. There was an area where boats and jet skis would pull up to the beach, so keep clear of that area. This place gets crowded fast on cruise port days, so get there early. Prices are in cayman dollars, which are higher than the US dollar. It's a little more expensive, but not a deal breaker.

We took the bus ride from the dock to the Royal Palms. We rented two loungers and an umbrella. We met some very nice people from our ship and enjoyed the beach for a few short hours. This is the perfect place to spend your day if you’ve been to the Grand Cayman before and just want to beach it.
Vans are waiting out front to bring you back to the dock. It couldn’t be any easier.

Nice sandy beach. Chairs and umbrellas. Food is good. I had shrimp tacos. Good service. I should have brought a towel, but it was fine. Clean bathrooms.

There couldn't be a better deal for cruisers who are just here for the day! Our chairs were literally a FOOT from the water... INCREDIBLE clear water.... CLEAN restrooms... excellent drinks delivered to your chair... great restaurant! We were only in Grand Cayman from 8 - 4... this was the perfect way to spend the day! EASY cab ride both ways. Of all of our stops, we loved this one the best. So easy with the best water ever.

We got off a cruise boat and caught a shared van for $5 per person to the Royal Palms Beach Club. We paid $4 to get inside and it was well worth it. Beaches were lovely, and the bar and restaurant were excellent. Was very fun place to spend the afternoon.

We have made several trips to Grand Cayman and we never visit without spending a day at the RP Beach Club.
We typically book a Cabana, which offers shade, lounge chairs, a table and chairs as well as some level of privacy. The bar and food service is exceptional. We've had several different food menu items and everything we have ordered has been excellent. While Grand Cayman can be pricey... the Cabana value is there is you are travelling with a group of six. Entrance fee is included with a rental. If you are travelling by cruise ship, there is no rush to get off the ship, the rental is there waiting for you when you get to the beach.

Paid $4 dollars in a shared taxi to get here and $2 dollars entry to a wonderful beach location with crystal clear waters. The entry fee gets you access to good Wifi, changing and toilet facilities which were very clean. You can hire beach beds and umbrellas on the narrow beach which was very busy as five cruise ships were in port. Lovely location to walk along the beach and catch some sun. There was plenty of shared taxis available to take us back to the cruise terminal in George Town, well worth a visit.

This is a nice little beach. Entrance is $2. Beach chairs are $12 and umbrellas $15. since we were only staying for a short period we just found a shady spot and used our towels. The water was lovely but be careful entering as there is a drop. Those with mobility issues beware of this and get assistance. There is a restaurant and bar, full bathroom with changing rooms. There is also the outdoor showers. You can also buy snorkeling trips and other water activities and the prices seemed reasonable. We went here on a cruise and round trip taxi fare was $10.
