Food is to die for! Lobster Ravioli was so fresh and the chicken was really good. The staff is very helpful and friendly but be prepared to pay about $80 a person. Pina Colada was only $17.00

After an incident on our 3 visit to this restaurant, we decided to return and I'm glad the we did. The staff and management was great, the food selection, for me the whole snapper oven cook fish is simply the best. The ambiance is great and I take the pleasure to endorse Chef Shetty, Mark and the staff. This restaurant is a must in Grand Cayman. Plus now it has a patio section with A/C.

Be sure to dine at Blue Cilantro for the best quality for up scale dining or lunch. Excellent menu and wait staff along with the most delicious food by Chef Shetty. Great business lunch for those who want to impress clients or family. A must for all tourists who expect the best in cuisine.

When my husband and I walked in we were asked if we had reservations, which are recommended, but the place was empty. It's off the beach on the other side of West Bay Rd. It has contemporary décor, casual dress, relaxing with live guitar music. With cocktails they serve homemade chips and nuts. When you order a meal they bring out a buttery pita like bread called naan with a pear chutney, very good. For an appetizer we had the grilled shrimp, which were more like prawns and delicious. For dinner we had the lobster which was good, but a bit dry. As my husband stated the staff did warm up to us the more money we spent. It was a bit of work to make conversation with the bartender. Just not the warm, friendly atmosphere of most of the other restaurants in the area.
