We stopped in Rum Point for around an hour. Walked around and took a little stroll out to the pier. Overall, it was nice but not really our cup of tea. It was too crowded for one thing. It is worth a short visit though.

although it was a nice drive, the beach was small and very crowded and there were screaming children everywhere! We were disappointed. Of note, we were there on Presidents day weekend and there where cruise ships at the port. Perhaps the weekend would have been better????

Looked forward to coming here. Very disappointing. Run down. Expensive. Good if you just want to drink all day. Sane old boring souvenirs. Not worth the ride.

We like to come to Rum Point every year. There is always plenty of chairs to sit. The rest rooms are clean. There is a gift shop. We had pina coladas from the bar. They were good. We met people from Wales and England who had come to Rum Point after the Sting Ray City trip. They were from the Carnival Cruise ship Legend.

Nice lunch on the beach that was for tourist but well maintained and avoids being tacky. Hangout in the hammock for an island beach expierence.
