Our family had been in Cayman's for a week, to celebrate a significant wedding anniversary. Our group included two seniors, three sons in their 40's and their wives, partners and grandchildren. We booked a half day morning tour as a wrap-up event for our trip.
Everything was spectacular. The Five Star web site is meticulous and the booking process was easy and smooth. They picked us up at our hotel - chauffeured us to the yacht club - and we set sail. We went to Starfish Point and Rum Point, and we went snorkeling, jet skiing, and swimming with the stingrays. The crew (Ben, Van and Marie) were fantastic on the boat, and Van encouraged us all to hold and kiss a stingray. When we were not busy with activities, Marie fed us scrumptious foods and a variety of beverages.
Everyone agreed, this was one of the most wonderful things we have ever done as a family. Thank you "Five Star". If we could give you ten stars - we would.

A must do! This was the highlight of our vacation. They know how to take care of their guests. Marie, Ben and Van were all wonderful and very accommodating. Everything from the pick up service, to the champagne and yummy snacks on the boat were great. We visited stingray city which is a must! The crew made us all feel comfortable in the water and showed us how to hold and feed the stingrays. They captured some amazing picture for us (so we could just focus on enjoying everything! Which was so nice). We had our 2 year old and 7 month old with us. They had life jackets for them and provided everything we could possibly need. They even sent sweet little toys home with us for the kids. The boat is pristine and this is definitely a memory we will have forever. Would book with them again in a heartbeat!

My wife and I are both small business owners that visited Grand Cayman last week for a much-needed vacation. I found Five Star Charters when searching for boat charters online and booked about a month before our visit (I recommend pre-booking bc they are busy!). Their website made the experience seem incredible and the reviews were great but I am always cautiously optimistic about these kinds of things. Well Five Star Charters blew us away with an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we were picked up at our hotel by their courtesy transportation, I was impressed. You could tell it was a professionally run operation by their branded van and professional uniforms. We discussed our vision for the day with Marie and then were greeted at the dock by Captain Ben who escorted us to the boat. The boat itself is gorgeous---absolutely pristine and beautifully appointed. We were served cold towels and champagne as we ventured out. My wife was in heaven! Our day was filled with healthy and delicious veggie and fruit platters, homemade rum punch (plus an abundance of other beverage options), sunbathing, snorkeling, jet skiing, playing with the stingrays and starfish and being pampered and entertained by Captain Ben, First Mate Van and the wonderful Hostess Marie. We ended the day with a delicious surf and turf barbecue prepared on the boat by Van and then headed back to the dock as the sun was setting. Now that we're back home, my wife and I are still dreaming and talking about our magical Five Star day. I scored big points with her for finding such an incredible experience for our vacation. We loved it so much we hope to do it again!
