We signed up for a one-tank dive at the Kittiwake shipwreck, and in spite of the cloudy, slightly rainy conditions, it was one of the best dives we've ever been on. The staff on the boat was fantastic--young, friendly, experienced divers who made the trip memorable and relaxing. Our dive guide knew the site very well, and we never felt lost or rushed. He handled the whole group very professionally.
Aside from the expense, which was quite high ($95/pp for the dive, $30/pp for equipment for a 45-minute dive), my only gripe is about the last-minute inclusion of new divers. Our dive was delayed by half an hour because they allowed 4 extra people to join the group and it took forever to pick them up, verify their paperwork, get their equipment set up, etc. We understand they want to make money, but there should be a better way of handling this. Otherwise, this was a great experience with a very good tour operator.More
