We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton, which had a $35 breakfast buffet. French toast with 2 eggs and bacon, coffee and juice at Eats -just $7.95, and it was delicious! Best breakfast we had in Grand Cayman. Home fries alone might be worth the short walk from Westin and Ritz. Very extensive menu as well.Take a break from your overpriced resort.

We loved Eats Cafe, we stayed on the South side of the island but ventured to 7 mile beach area for sting ray tours and snorkeling. Eats was an affordable option for us with nice selection and good quality. We went a few times on our outings it kept the cost down as food is very expensive on the island.

We stayed at the Westin right across the street from Eats (Yes, right across). The food at the Westin is typical high priced hotel grub. I really object to paying $20 for a couple of eggs and toast.

Eats was the solution. For every meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) they offer a very large selection and (for the island) very reasonable prices. I had a basic ham and egg breakfast and when I ordered it, the server tried to suggest something other than the ham since from her perspective, the ham slice as "too thick". From my view, "bring it on".

For lunch, I would suggest the hamburgers. A wide selection of toppings and sauces and fresh, hot french fries.

We had dinner and breakfast there during our week-long stay. The food was all good - not great, but good and fairly reasonable. The ambiance isn't all that exciting - I preferred sitting outside at Coconut Joe's - but the service is prompt and friendly
