“Overrated and Pricey”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 11, 2014

While sailing the BVI, we had dinner at the Lobster trap one night. The lobster was large and good, but the sides were pretty lame. Our Mahi-Mahi was grilled with almost no taste at all. Vegetables seemed like frozen mix of yuck. Salad was passable. Bread / rolls were OK. Baked potato was OK (how can you screw up that) but they had nothing to put on it but butter! For a $50 lobster dinner, I would expect a lot more quality. Oh by the way, service was very slow and they tack 20% on your bill automatically for the gratuity.

“BYOW”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 23, 2014 via mobile

Eaten here thrice now and it never disappoints...except for the wine selections, of which there are few...and those few are literally tough to swallow. Not a wine snob, just saying... hot, drug-store wine doesn't go well with grilled lobster. We inquired and got the nod for BYOW... so throw a decent bottle in your dinghy and thoroughly enjoy a terrific dining experience.

“Great food Great atmosphere”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 7, 2014 via mobile

Ate here while on a sailing trip. Convenient dingy bar, the food is excellent (lobster specialty). Added benefit, the seating is on an elevated plank floor which means the sand fleas can't get to you. Great view, great service, I'd go back for sure next trip to Anagada

“Loving the Lobster Trap”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 3, 2014 via mobile

Fantastic place!!!! They are very helpful not only with our dinner reservations but with anything we need while we were moored out in Anagada. Found us great transportation too. Their food was so good we only ate there! The spiney lobster was the best I have ever eaten...so were the fish and ribs. I love the way they cook on the grill and load it with drift wood. Sunsets right off their deck, beautiful!
