Booked this excursion while on a cruise. Was very disappointed. First off the ferry was over 30 minutes late arriving at the pier to pick up. The ride over was bad as it was very bumpy and folks started getting sick. Not much ventilation in the downstairs cabin which created a domino effect with the sea sickness. Once there very little guidance and info given. This excursion should be rated a 4/5 on skill not a 3. Some of the older folks couldn't get thru it were turning back and this created a jam through the boulders. Lines long to get to the Baths. Once there we only had 10 minutes to enjoy since we had to track back up to leave on time back to the ship. We felt they were disorganized and this took away from the beauty of this place. The guides were not very friendly - hence we noticed tipping at the end was scarce. For the money paid I would have expected much better service. Would go back, but would come back thru a boat off the ocean and swim in. We all were disappointed.

How would you explain difficult terrain and small crevices to negotiate without biasing these potential travelers? While some attention has been paid to making this place hikeable, no way to adequately prepare oneself. It is the twisting and turning and crawling and hauling snorkel gear which one could say was adventurous or misleading. Then we immediately snorkeled around huge rock formations to finally arrive at the deep sand beach having gone over deep water. I needed to be in better shape than I am, apparently. Over 65 yr old male in decent shape. Being tall doesn't help

I'll be brief....the Baths are a must see on Virgin Gorda. You need to go either at 8:00 am or 3:00 pm to avoid the crowds. Period.

The baths were a bit of a walk/climb/hike but worth it and relaxing and nature at its best. There are a series of baths so don't cut your exploration short. Make it to the beach

We love to snorkel here and to take the trail thru the rock formations. We usually spend about 2-3 hours here. We come by boat and the moorings go quickly. The beaches fill up and tour buses drop off lots of people so the line thru the rocks gets congested. We don't spend time on the beaches because they are smaller. The snorkeling is good if the water isn't rough-which it usually isn't. Get there early in the morning to enjoy it because by 10:00 am it will be filling up.
