“Amazing snorkeling”
Reviewed December 14, 2013

Great snorkeling but way too many obnoxious tourists. If you get away from the beach area you are likely to find yourself surrounded by nothing else than giant boulders and beautiful sea life

“A must-see if you are on Virgin Gorda”
Reviewed December 12, 2013

This was our second trip to the Baths. The first time we arrived by taxi and the second by glass-bottom boat. Both times we arrived in the mid afternoon, when the cruise ship and other crowds were beginning to thin. The first time we just climbed around the rocks, which was worth the trip by itself. This time, however, we had a guide from the boat and climbed among the rocks and then snorkeled. The snorkeling was great! My husband followed the guide into a grotto through an underwater tunnel (I could not bring myself to go in). If you go in season, I recommend going at off peak times and definitely snorkeling part of your time there.

“Eh... it was okay”
Reviewed December 12, 2013

We booked this through the cruise line, who said it was "very popular". The water was rough at the baths. Absolutely nothing like the cover photo here. We did swim, well sort of swim. In between the big waves.

we did hike through the caves near by to a much better and calmer beach. it was a little tight in some spots but worth the trek. Overall I wasnt impressed by the Baths. They were crowded and very rough. i certainly wouldn't spend $100 again to see them.

“Not What We Expected”
Reviewed December 12, 2013

Happy we visited so we can say we did. The Baths didn't meet our expectations as a number one site to see. We preferred Devil's and Spring Bay. Didn't think the area was signed well to figure out how to get to Devil's Bay. Go early in the morning before the tour groups arrive.

“Beautiful !”
Reviewed December 12, 2013

Absolutely stunning...a lot of walking and crawling is required so be prepared..but worth it. Pack very lightly because they charge you for lockers that are a one time use only...and fit barely nothing in it!
