Owner description: The most well-known attraction on the island, these giant boulders or batholiths, brought to the surface by volcanic eruptions, are scattered about forming a beautiful grotto and tranquil pools.

“Eh... it was okay”
Reviewed December 12, 2013

We booked this through the cruise line, who said it was "very popular". The water was rough at the baths. Absolutely nothing like the cover photo here. We did swim, well sort of swim. In between the big waves.

we did hike through the caves near by to a much better and calmer beach. it was a little tight in some spots but worth the trek. Overall I wasnt impressed by the Baths. They were crowded and very rough. i certainly wouldn't spend $100 again to see them.

“Not What We Expected”
Reviewed December 12, 2013

Happy we visited so we can say we did. The Baths didn't meet our expectations as a number one site to see. We preferred Devil's and Spring Bay. Didn't think the area was signed well to figure out how to get to Devil's Bay. Go early in the morning before the tour groups arrive.

“Beautiful !”
Reviewed December 12, 2013

Absolutely stunning...a lot of walking and crawling is required so be prepared..but worth it. Pack very lightly because they charge you for lockers that are a one time use only...and fit barely nothing in it!

“Like a Disney park made by nature”
Reviewed December 11, 2013

Being a gardener and self proclaimed "rockhound", this was an absolute thrill to me to finally be able to visit. I felt like a kid again climbing through, under and around these huge boulders surrounded by beautiful aqua seas and sky. If you get the chance, do it. Well worth the trip even through some rough seas on the way there from Norman Island. Even though my review says 1-2 hours is enough to see it, I could stay there for days just exploring the nooks and crannies. Wonderful opportunity for photography buffs and professionals alike.

“Cool, beautiful, surprises around every corner!”

A "must-do" in the BVI's- swim or kayak in, then hike back into and through the caves & tunnels- very cool!
