Owner description: The most well-known attraction on the island, these giant boulders or batholiths, brought to the surface by volcanic eruptions, are scattered about forming a beautiful grotto and tranquil pools.

“Must see”
Reviewed March 16, 2013

I have just been on my recent trip to Tortola, this place is a must see if you are visiting Tortola. It will cost about $40pp for the return ferry transfer and then $3 National Park Fees. This place is like nothing you have seen before. I went while on a recent cruise so it was pretty busy however still stunning it's not very good for little kids or elderly people who have mobility problems as there is a bit of walking and climbing over and under rocks. Google pictures of this place as it is just stunning no matter what I write it will not do it justice.

“The Baths”
Reviewed March 14, 2013

The beach was not swimmable the day we were there, but it was still worth going through the caves. The area is beautiful and there is a nice restaurant at the top with a pool

“A place not to miss on Virgin Gorda!”
Reviewed March 14, 2013

If you are staying on Virgin Gorda, try to go to the Baths right around noon to spend time there in between the morning and the afternoon groups of tourists from a cruise ship. It never gets to be like a zoo, even with the tourists, but it is still nicer and quiter with fewer people around.

“Incredible”
Reviewed March 14, 2013

This is one of the coolest spots in the world. Here's my advice to fellow sailors. If you get their early, like around 7am, then you will have a good three hours of the exploration to yourself. It's is incredible... like a different planet. As soon as the crowds start to arrive, walk to the top of the hill and where you can take a dip in the pool and enjoy breakfast with one of the best views in the world.

“Great Stop on Virgin Gorda”
Reviewed March 12, 2013

The Baths are a great stop in the BVIs. Just remember to keep your head down when you hike the trail. The beach there is great. Just know that if you sail in you are going to get wet, because you can't take the dinghy to the beach.

For refreshments, go to Mad Dogs.
