We have eaten at Giorgio's restaurant many times - when it was at Savannah Bay, and also in Spanish Town. I must admit that the old setting, with the restaurant hanging over the rocks and perfectly placed to watch the sun setting, was the ultimate. However, geological movements forced Giorgio to move to Spanish Town, and whilst the setting isn't as romantic, the atmosphere, service and of course, the food is phenomenal. Giorgio is almost always there, and explains everything in detail on the menu. He is a master sommelier, who specializes in Super Tuscans. Much of the items on the menu are made from scratch - such as the cheeses, breads, pastas. And the kitchen is openly viewable from the dining area. Very very good.
