“Indifferent service, mediocre food”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 15, 2012

Didn't have high expectations, but even the low ones were not met. Service was indifferent bordering on rude (Q:"What is in the ___ drink"? A:"Rum." - gee, how helpful). Food not terrible, just not great. If you were near here and needed to eat, it would be OK, but if you could get somewhere else, do so.

“fun to visit”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 9, 2012

this place was fun to visit, but they are kind of snotty if you aren't staying with them. It looked like it might be a fun place to stay if you just love boats

“Needs Updating”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 7, 2012

Famous Bitter End looks to be coming to it's life's end. Rooms and suites are old, rugged and out dated. Lots of things to do... shopping, rent a hobie cat, check out the yachts, family stuff was great. So awesome to feed the giant terrapin fish. Hotel needs renovating.

“The Crawl Pub - Monday Night Mash Up”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 28, 2012

While sailing the British Virgin Islands we stopped for a night at the Bitter End. A nice resort with much to do and a fun late night party place.
Monday Night Mash Up at The Crawl Pub was unbeatable for great music and contagious energy.

Of course Captain Ryan and Chef Susanna, our crew, contributed to the fun by teaching us some of the local dances and leading the way on the dance floor.

“Awesome atmosphere”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 22, 2012

The setting is most certainly paradise and from the GM to the bartenders and waitresses, the staff was amazing. They made you feel just like a hotel guest and the food was great too. Being from Miami, I know a good Cuban sandwich and was hesitant to order it so far from home, but it was great and the drinks were fantastic as well.
