Made reservation inJune and reconfirm in July. Reserved a suite with kitchenette. Upon arrival I discovered that the stove was not turned, there were no pots or pans, kitcken knives, spoons or forks. The floor was wet from condensation, no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. Turned the fan on and the noise was unbearable. Ants and mosquitoes were frequent companions. The coffee mate was soo old it looks and felt like chewing gum. I left it in water for 2 days and it never dissolved. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

For a brief stay, just needing a place to rest your head, you can't beat the price. $81 for 2 people, per night. One of the couples referred to it as "the monk's quarters" as it was a little sparse, and it was rather noisy with traffic zooming by all night, but for the most part - worth what we paid. Friends stayed down the way at Maria's for more than twice the $ and they didn't even have A/C. Mattress, bedding, overall cleanliness, coffee pot - all acceptable.

This hotel is a cheap option on Tortola and convenient for trips to Cane Garden Bay, Virgin Gorda and Anegada.
The rooms are basic and the cheapest have nice beds, closet, nice bathroom and kitchenette.
There's a pool as well but it didn't look that great and I didn't see anybody swimming either.
The girl in the reception was very nice and helpful.

Can't see the sea but the pool was about the same color. Sea View is right next to a very busy road and it sounds like turn 2 of an Indy race until the wee hours of the morning. The only real positive was the A/C worked.

I stayed at sea view for a week. I was on a tight budget so the cost was ideal compared to others on the island. All in all it wasn't a terrible experience but it lacked the finesse I would have hoped for but it was ok. The staff were pleasant, rooms clean and I felt that I was given alot of privacy. However.............it would have been nice to have a phone in the room even if only to receive incoming calls and it would have been nice if there was a bar, with a little TV some music etc. There was a bar but it was closed up, looked old and had probably not been used in a long time. It has the potential to be a great little place and i hope the owners are reading ths and make a few changes!!!
