A little place in West End Tortola, on the shore of Sopers Hole, just past the ferry dock. Wonderful views and better yet the food is amazing!! The Spinach Avocado Cheesecake with a Heather's Mandarin Orange Roasted Cashew salad - best lunch I have had in years on only $15. They have fish boats delivering the catch of the day - lobster, mahi mahi - what ever. Also the rum punch's actually have rum in them unlike other chain place across the water. I would highly recommend trying the Fish and Lime for lunch or dinner, actually if you do not you will have missed the best food on the island!!

Sailing through we stopped for lunch. We have met the owners on a previous trip and heard they opened the Fish n Lime. Had a wonderful lunch, cold drinks, and was very pleased with overall experience!

Food was good. A bit uneven, with some food coming out hot, while side dishes cold. We Tried to correct, but waitress nowhere to be found. She was on us like flies on rice to order (really, every 30 seconds or so), but once the order was in, the only time we saw her was when she dropped food off and zipped away. Amazing. And the place was almost empty. The Ribs were well seasoned, abundant, and tasty, but pretty fatty. Hamburger ok, but home made roll just not nearly large enough to handle the burger. Fries excellent! Ambience just not the same as the 'good old days' of Jolly Roger, but for the life of me, why did the new owners discontinue pizza and roti (and fresh made ribs one could smell and see cooking), the staples that folks drove/sailed to the location for???? No shame in continuing successful stuff. The menu just isn't special. Almost generic. Trying too hard to wipe out what made prior restaurant successful. One should know that stealing/using successful ideas is a smart thing to do. One doesn't rush to a place for the 'fish special' of the day. But still, all in all, a great location, and good food. But no longer a fall back place to go to. maybe it can change???

The many excellent reviews created expectations that were not met on our visit. The staff was stiff and unfriendly, very different from the "Jolly". The menu was unexciting. The food we ordered was adequate at best: the much praised burgers were about half the diameter of the rolls which tasted like they went from the freezer to the grill. The fries could have been excellent but they were cold. In spite of the location and views, it was souless.

We stopped here for lunch on recommendation from the scuba guy at Frenchmans Cay, and it was fabulous! The menu has influences from Scottish, Canadian (poutine was on the list!), American and Caribbean cultures, and although it was a small menu, everything is homemade at the restaurant and our meal was fantastic!
I had the soup of the day, fish chowder, in a bread bowl. My fiancé had the savoury cheesecake with the Caesar salad. I think it was one of the best soups I've ever had in a restaurant! The salad was really fresh, maybe could have done with a tad more dressing, but who can beat homemade croutons?
We will definitely be recommending this one to our friends and be returning here if we get the chance to go back to Tortola!
