We have visited this restaurant many times over the past 10 years under it's previous name of "Jolly Roger" and were never disappointed with the food.
On our visit this year, in the first week of October 2013, the meals served to my wife and I, - which included a starter and main course - were all over cooked to the point of being burnt, and covered with one sauce or another which overpowered any flavour of the real food. These comments also apply to the chef's speciality dish "Chips Done Their Way". Quite honestly, the worst meal we have ever had in the Virgin Islands during our trips there over the last 10 years. Oh - and they served our starters and main courses at the same time, so by the time we got around to eating our main course it was cold!!!
The only redeeming factor I can say is that the various drinks we had there were good quality.
The waitress was lovely but appeared very "reluctant" to pass our comments on to the chef......
A great shame. The new owners have spent a lot of money in refurbishing the place but have - in my opinion - been severely let down by the chef and/or the menu.
