We've been sailing the BVI's for 5 years now and for the first time this year we went to Fat Hog's Bay and had the most delightful surprise. Red Rock Restaurant ... what can I say, it ROCKS! The atmosphere of the restaurant, food, service and quality is second to none. It is absolutely one of THE BEST restaurants in the BVI's which says a lot. We ordered the crab cakes to start, one of the specials - the most amazing surf and turf (pork loin and scallops) - which was truly excellent, and the curry shrimp - totally delicious, and this "apple pie" which is made fresh to order and it comes through in the taste. The service was spectacular (thank you ladies) and the chef clearly has a love for food and respects quality ingredients by making their flavour profile shine. We couldn't stop talking about the meal, so 10 days later, while at Trellis Bay, we just had to take a cab and do it all over again. They offer phenomenal specials and the regular menu has a broad selection that would satisfy anyone. The second time around was another stunning meal with impeccable service. The folks at RedRock Restaurant know how to do things right.
