Owner description: Centrally located on Tortola's north side, this is probably the busiest beach since its beauty is often compared to Magen's Bay on St. Thomas.

“Beautiful!”
Reviewed September 18, 2013

We were fortunate enough to spend a few (not enough!) hours here last week while on a cruise. The setting was gorgeous and everyone we encountered was helpful, welcoming and friendly. Beach chair and umbrellas rentals were very reasonable and so were the drinks. We had a great experience and would very much like to return to this gorgeous, clean beach.

“Beautiful beach”
Reviewed September 11, 2013 via mobile

I spent the day in tortola and the beach was phenomenal. The water was crystal clear and the sand was white and soft. There are multiple bars and restaurants and their frozen cocktails are great. I actually enjoyed this beach more than the popular white bay beach on jost van dyke. I would definitely return.

“Nice beach with restaurants”
Reviewed September 6, 2013

Nice beach with various restaurants and bars. Good for swimming. Family friendly. Apparently dog friendly too as we saw several. Not too crowded.

“Beach in Tortola”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

We got off the cruise ship and told the taxi driver that we wanted to go to Joss Van Dyke. They told us we had already missed the last shuttle there for the day. So, we said take us to a beach and they took us to Cane Garden Bay Beach in Tortola. It was absolutely beautiful. They had chairs and umbrellas for rent. There were plenty of places to get concessions. Our first drink of the day was a Painkiller. It was okay, probably would not get another one. Would absolutely go back to this beach.

“Geeat history tour”
Reviewed August 25, 2013

We went totorola for the day and look around and took the island tour. Our driver showes us a lot of sites and evenmade our chrisrmas card there. You probably need two days because.one day for the east side and tourist shops and another days just to lay at the beach and to eat at myetts. Also tour the rum distellery there arcross the street. The name was Castlewood and has been there since 1800.Our tour guide got us in and we bought lunch ans sat on the beach. It was kinda rustic but I would go again.
