“Great Breakfast and Dinner”
Reviewed July 13, 2009

The banana pancakes are amazing - as are all the baked pastries that come with breakfast. We also had dinner and the seafood was fresh and the service solid. The home brew rum is a very tasty way to end the meal and the views amazing.

“Good breakfast”
Reviewed May 6, 2009

We found Sebastian's perfect for what we were needing. We were on our way back to the states and we were tired of hemorrhaging money. We had a good b'fast there that wasn't cheap but not bad by BVI standards. The atmosphere is nothing to write home about but you can literally sit right at the water.

“great food with a beach front view”
Reviewed April 26, 2009

Although the restaurant was quiet due to off season, we had a great time for dinner. The food and service was wonderful. While my conch fritters were a little heavy & dry, the ginger chicken was amazing. My husband had the fish of the day, mahi-mahi grilled in island spice. It was so good that I asked for the small piece to take back for a snack the next day. The fish comes with a choice of 5-6 different sauces or spice rubs and grilled, broiled or blackened. Skip the key lime pie and enjoy the sound and view of the waves on the beach.

“Slow and indifferent service”
Reviewed March 26, 2009

Took over an hour to the meal - nothing special. Waitress added their surcharge [15%] and marked it 'TAX' . Stupidly, we added another 15% for a tip. There are no food taxes in the BVI. Great view, good drinks, and a fine resort - but the resturant is overpriced with an indifferent staff.

“Great breakfast with a view”
Reviewed February 2, 2009

We headed over to Apple bay to eat at Sebastian's on our way to Smugglers cove.

I had rum french toast and my husband had banana pancakes. Both were good. We enjoyed watching people having their morning swim.

We bought a bottle of Sebastian's Rum and I was told by someone we met to put a vanilla bean cut open in for flavor and to use in baking.
