We just returned from Tortola and unfortunately Sebastian's was the only flaw in the dining scene we experienced. We stayed on Long Bay so Sebastian's was an easy drive (an oxymoron if you've ever driven on Tortola) for us.
After having a watered down rum punch during happy hour (their happy hour is $1 off per drink) we chose to be seated for dinner. The fish of the day was tuna which we all chose. It came out waaay over done, unsauced. Others with us chose a preparation of tomatoes/onions/peppers, and the same tuna showed up with a bottled sauce on the side. It was obviously frozen, preportioned fish, that when overcooked, tasted exactly like albacore tuna out of the can. Not cheap either: $26!
Sebastian's has a great view being right on the beach. I'd advise to stick with the drinks and head out somewhere else for dinner.
