I'am regular visitor to the B.V.I. since 1995; during my sailing trips I stop regularly at Sopers Hole. After many visits here my summary: Pussers at Sopers Hoöe is a beautiful place; moderate service; Bar food o.k. (I like their chicken wings); their punsch: looks good,, but has very moderate taste (like colored water and and expensive). Nice place to have a cool beer!

Located at a Carribean marina with outside seating under a beach umbrella, you know what you get, safe, non-exciting, American standard fare at BVI prices.

Found this place totally by accident in Road Town. It definitely feels like an English pub, but with Caribbean accents. I went there for lunch and had a club sandwich and it was huge and tasty. Everyone was friendly and willing to help out tourists.

Great location, attractive place, terrible service and mediocre food. Wait staff act as tho they have never waited before and have no idea how to. It is social hour with their friends and then they are surly when asked to do what they are there for. I tip well for good service, maybe they have not made the connection, but no tip left. Food was boring but edible.

We ate here 3 nights during a 9-night stay in January because it was close to our resort, & the food was better than anything else at West End. Food was consistently fresh, well flavored & properly seasoned. The conch balls were the best we had on the island & their specialty desserts are to die for! Drink prices are a little steep to comparable to restaurants of same calibre, but the service is not consistent. On nights when the restaurant was not full, the service was almost adequate, but when it was full, service was extremely slow. Also gets very noisy upstairs if there's a table of 4 or more yachtsmen + wives. By the end of 1 evening meal, I had to shout loudly across the table to my dining partner just to be heard over the cigar-smoking, wine-drenched mariners having dinner at adjacent tables. Would definitely eat here again when staying in the West End of Tortola, just as long as the Fleet's not in.
