My wife and I had dinner there when visiting Saint-Martin. We first shared 6 oysters (Fine de Clair #3, our favorites)) which were fabulous, just like in mainland France. My wife then had the Mahi Mahi while I had the Tagliatelle de langouste. Both were excellent. And the profiterolle was huge and totally decadent, just as it should be !Service was fast and courteous, if not totally efficient (for example they had forgotten my glass of wine) and staff seem a little confused at time (one waitress coming to ask if I had had my dessert). Overall, a great meal overlooking the Grand Case marina.
