We come to Le Ti Provençal every year when we first arrive on the island. We have been coming here for several years and love it. This trip, we started with the escargot (order this as it is faster than the service) and the cassoulet of mussels in a saffron cream sauce. Both were excellent. For dinner, we had the seared foie gras in a red wine reduction and the shrimp and scallops in the tomato cream sauce. Outstanding. The service.....well, it is slow, even for Island Time. It always has been and always will be. The one thing I miss is the olive tamanade that was served at the beginning of our meal. We will return next year as we always do.
