“Fantastic in all respects”
Reviewed February 2, 2014

Beautiful, serene décor overlooking the ocean; fantastic menu and delicious cuisine (all 6 of us loved each of our dishes - appetizers and dinner); friendly, warm and proficient service by team of attendants. Enjoyed every wonderful moment!

“Had to go there twice in four days, so good!”
Reviewed February 2, 2014

On the beach, great lunch...lobster and shrimp salad, yummy; seared foie gras with apples, absolutely divine; mahi mahi fresh and flavorful, terrific Sancere, wonderful view, good service, just go and enjoy...seriously fabulous lunch, albeit pricey ($140! for lunch), but worth it enough to do it twice!

Fantastic fish, attention to the detail and service. Was here for dinner, but kept coming back. Foie Gras was wonderful as well.

“Still dreaming of the food...”
Reviewed January 27, 2014

We came here as part of a cruise excursion and got to do some live cooking with Dwayne (sp?!) which was absolutely fantastic - beautiful view with beautiful food and great welcoming staff. I knew I'd be coming back here again someday.

Alas, a week later, our cruise ship was supposed to go to St Barth’s but weather said otherwise so we ended up back in St Maarten - no brainer right back to this gem. Amazing food - Caesar salad with grilled prawns (SO good), seafood linguine (divine) and caramelised apple pie with ice cream (AMAZING) all of course with a perfect Pina colada to wash it all down. Even got to meet the sous chef which was a nice touch. The staff are absolutely lovely.

I can't wait to return to the island to go straight back to Le Ti Provencal.

“Surprised and Pleased”
Reviewed January 20, 2014

We thought the menu looked interesting and walked in off the street. We were incredibly pleased that we did and had a great meal. We started with scallop soup, a combination that we had not anticipated and the combination of tastes were outstanding. We shared a Triggerfish, one we had never heard of before, and were pleased to discover the fish and its preparation at Le Ti Provencal. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were glad that we took their suggestions on the specials and the wine. This was an outstanding dinner.
