By e mailing early we got the table looking right over the water. Our backs to the restaurant and just a view of Anguilla at night. This is quite a nice restaurant with a great wine list. Form nice 50 € bottles to 1000€ bottles you can find any wine you want.

All of the food was great. The only thing that bugged me was they keep the bottle away from your table and our glass would be empty for ten or twenty minutes before someone would refill. Ask them to keep the bottle close. We found ourselves with two full glasses after we had paid.

Food was great

We spent one week in Grand Case at L'Esplanade Hotel and were spoiled by all the great restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

We used Trip Advisor to select a different place to eat each night - and after enjoying Le Tastevin on the Wednesday we immediately booked to come back again on our second last night.

Food, service, and ocean view - all EXCELLENT!

Well done to all of the team there for two great evenings.

Our favourite appetizer was the NORWEGIAN SALMON TATAKI .

I totally loved this small laidback restaurant, painted in blue and white Santorin like colours and offering the same stunning perspective over the ocean. The gastronomy is as fine as you can get, with a hint of Caribbean, brought by fresh local fish. It is the same quality food you would have in Paris and it is the finest cuisine we had in all Caribbean. We had foie gras and seared foie gras as appetizers and fish as the main course. We also had profiterole desert and Sancerre wine. Absolutely delicious.

First restaurant we went to in St. Martin 19 years ago and last one we went to this year. We have been there each year in between. Very good food. I love the Lobster soup and Cesar salad. Service, especially the twins Cedric and Julian , is excellent. The major advantage is the ambiance. The decor and the open air atmosphere of the restaurant with the view of the beach and Anquilla in the distance is the best in Grand Case. We look forward to our visit again next year.

We had a family dinner here in March of 2013. The views over the water are spectacular. The service was attentive and knowledgeable, and we all found the food to be very good. It is a bit pricey. Reserve ahead to guarantee a table with a prime view on the rail.
