This was our best meal in St. Martin. I had the lamb and my husband had the snapper. We both agreed it was some of the best we have ever had. The service here was wonderful too and they were very attentive. I ordered the Pear Tatin for dessert and it was kind of a miss. Based on what I saw, the chocolate lava cake or the homemade ice creams are the way to go for dessert.
