The one thing more remarkable than the food was its consistency. I should know, as we decided to eat there thrice during a week stay on St. Martin. My wife and I both had the tuna several times, and it was as good as we've every had anywhere. The asparagus risooto was fabulous. Mahi mahi was excellent as well. Service was warm and attentive without being intrusive. Extremely professional, yet welcoming. With the $ euro 1 to 1 exchange if you pay in cash, the restaurant also offers good value.
