Bistrot Caraibes is a super restaurant in service, food, and atmosphere. But the highlight of our meal, without a doubt, was the dessert. The house specialty dessert is a hot chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. Out of this world! Since I find a lot of the molten lava cakes in the States to be only average, I tend not to order this type of dish. However, this house specialty was nothing like those lava cakes. This was a real treat...savored and loved! I did, however, have one regret: my daughter and I made the mistake of sharing; we truly each wanted our own!
