Bistrot Caraibes certainly lived up to my expectations and then some. We were there for 3 nights out of the 4 nights we dined out.
Thibault and Amaury have made their restaurant a memorable place for fine dining. They were warm, knowledgeable and pleasant, and without the attitude that one can encounter at an upscale French restaurant. The service was great but they did not hover, it was perfect! Nancy was a wonderful addition to the staff.
I loved their frog legs, I could eat them every night. The lobster Thermidor was absolutely scrumptious, the sauce was heavenly, my husband loved it. Their profiteroles were a perfect way to end a romantic dinner. Their homemade rum was so addictive, we got a complimentary bottle from them and we are enjoying it every night for the past week.
We went to another Grand Case restaurant, it was such a disappointment and it reinforced my belief that you are really the best. Bistrot Caraibes was the highlight of our trip! Thank you Amaury and Thibault for making us feel so special! Your level of service is rare indeed.
