My wife and I ate at Le Pressoir on our last night in St. Martin. We started with the crispy snail appetizer, which was quite good. As an entree, my wife had the mahi mahi, while I had the two course seafood special - shellfish first, then fish. All was outstanding. We shared the house special desert, which was a wonderful concoction of pears, chocolate and cream. In my opinion, it was our best desert on the island. Total mean with a nice bottle of wine was about 160 euros.
