Have been going to St. Maarten for almost 30 years and had never tried Spiga. We were missing out on a great restaurant. The pumpkin ravioli was fabulous and their signature dish of chicken breast stuffed with asagio cheese and wrapped in proscuttio was excellent, tender and tasty. We also tried the Italian Marscapone cheesecake with caramel and maple syrup. I will go back just for the appetizer and dessert next time. Waiter was pleasant and made suggestions on what to eat. He was right on the mark.
