We SO enjoyed our evening at SO French. The view was interesting looking out onto the bay with swimmers and tourist playing on the beach. There's a quite large hotel that blocks a lot of the view, and also blocks a lot of the breeze coming off the water, therefore causing our visit to be a little warm. But the food was exceptional and our waiter was FANTASTIC! We had a great time! I would be prepared to wear something a little more 'warm weather' friendly when returning!

We were here for a celebratory dinner and truly enjoyed ourselves. The decor and food were top notch. Tony is the man, he made sure we were happy and had an unforgettable experience. We will definitely return next time!

Delicious food and friendly service! The view is amazing looking over Flamingo Bay! I might say it's a tiny bit over priced but it is fresh, quality food!

So French is a simple looking restaurant on a rock ledge with a beautiful view overlooking Flamingo Bay. Lovely Sunset views. The food is amazingly unique and presented like art on a plate, almost too beautiful to eat. The tastes were memorable with flavors from around the world. We topped our dinner off with a Caribbean spin on American Apple pie, but instead of apples, it had mangoes which are in season and so sweet it's difficult to stop eating them.

The Tour de France speciality, though, was the waiter, Tony. Tony is So French and his service is more than just the delivery of food. He is a one-man-show who will make you laugh as he saunters elegantly across the dining room, straightening everything on your table from plates to sunglasses, making uniquely funny "french" gestures and bowing, waving as he makes his rounds from patron to patron in the dining room.

This is a Five Star Restaurant worthy of it's lighthearted name, So French.

We came here on the recommendation of a friend and weren't disappointed. We were able to park directly across the street from the entrance and as we were here in the off season, and came right when the restaurant opened for the evening, we had the place to ourselves. The maitre d' and our waiter were very attentive. I had the Chicken surf and turf. The meats were perfectly seasoned and very tender. The scalloped potatoes were excellent and the ratatouille was wonderful. My husband, who is European, said it was the best ratatouille he'd ever had. Would definitely recommend.
