This is ALWAYS our 1st stop after arrival. My husband gets the rib appetizer and the rib dinner, I get the wonderful fish. We also stop here just before departure.

Went there with family. Husband and 3 teenage sons. We all liked the food. Service is very good. Will definitely go back on next trip to the island of St. Maarten

We started vacationing in St. Maarten 14 years ago and go the same week every year since. The second year there, we discovered Lee's and had lunch and/or dinner many times during the week we were there. Unfortunately five years ago we found Lee's closed during the week of our vacation. Since then, we've been VERY disappointed! Lee's has the freshest seafood, friendly service, and entertainment -- everything you need for a great dining experience!

When we checked into our resort and asked the girls at the front desk where we could go for local food, they both said, in unison, "Lee's!" It's located on the main street in Simpson Bay, and the back tables, where we sat, are on the water. The ribs were spectacular! They bring them "dry", and you add the absolutely incredible bbq sauce yourself - as much or as little as you want. The meals all come with a rice and beans mixture that's very tasty, and don't forget to have a rum punch drink and go out onto the dock to look at the ENORMOUS tarpon that swim, along with hundreds of smaller fish, and wait for the servers to toss the remains of people's dinners into the water. Talk about a feeding frenzy! Great food, great experience!

On our first night of the trip, we tried to drive to the Sunset Grill but I couldn’t find it in the dark. We continued on Airport Road and after a number of curves and roundabouts, we wound up in the restaurant area of Simpson Lagoon. I stopped and asked someone for directions to Pineapple Pete’s and continued on our way. However, when I saw a sign for Lee’s Roadside Grill, I decided that we didn’t need to go any further. It was a great choice. It was on the water, had friendly personnel, and we had really good and well-seasoned ribs.
