This is the second time that I have gone to this restaurant, and my meal of ribs was so so....they advertise mesquite ribs, and I just don't taste it, and I am a big mesquite rib eater...I might give them one more chance, otherwise everything else was great. Even Jim came over to our table to see how we were doing.....

Unique setting with water feature in the middle of the restaurant and a sunken bar. Service was very good and the food was very good. Funny that all I can remember of our specific orders was the ½ pound hamburger that one of our party had. His review was that it was really good and was also good the next day when he finished it!

We ate at Jimbos early April 2014. We have been to the island many times and finally got a chance to try this place. We had an excellent meal here, all was delicious. Also had a few pitchers of Sangria that was really goo. Fred the owner is very nice and stops by all the tables to make sure everything was satisfactory. Will always make a stop here in the future

Made reservation for dinner here after walking around during the day and liking the menu as well as the atmosphere with the outdoorsy feeling and waterfall in the backround. Our group very much enjoyed the dinner here. The stuffed grouper was delicious, mahi ceviche yummy too. Can't remember what everyone in our group had but everything was great, including the service. Would definitely recommend if you're in the Simpson Bay area.

Got right in on a Thursday eve, had wonderful food: fish/chips and ribs, enjoyed visiting with Jimbo himself who is very down to earth genuine person. We will definitely be back.
