This place was quite lively. The food is tex-mex. We go the nachos, which were really really good. We also got the fajitas, which were easily shareable. The manager, Fleur, is hilarious...definitely say hello to her. She has some great stories to share! HUGE margaritas, which are tasty and strong. This is a great place to come and have some food and drinks before a night out!

Jimbo's is not jst a Mexican Resturant, lots of selections on the menu besides Mexican. I was definitely there for Mexican. I am a vegetarian so finding good food on a menu besides beef chicken and beef can sometimes be daunting. Jimbo's has great vegge selections .The enchiladas were delicious, black been and cheese, yum. Our party of four best friends all enjoyed our meals at Jimbo's,, they had fish and chips with grouper fish and really enjoyed it. We came here twice on our 11 day stay on the island and we would recommend it to everyone. Atmosphere is fun and staff are friendly and welcoming. They serve a GREAT pitcher of Margaritas YUM YUM YUM. Thank you to Jimbo's for providing great ambiance , good good food and great service. CHEERS.

Had lunch here. The place was very busy and the two waitresses were almostoverwhelmed but worked cheerfully. Food was good and the tropical ambience is wonderful with the sound of running water and rustle of palm trees.
Hard to find but worth the search
