We went here on the advice of our tour guide, and only had an hour in Marigot to eat. Service was a little slow, but worth the wait. The food was out of this world. I had the Conch Creole, my husband a local fish dish. The drinks were priced right, beer $2 and daquiri's $4. Met Rosemary herself, and her daughter was our waitress. Will go back there again next time we are in St. Maarten.
