160$ for 2. Food average and wait staff slow. Had better food for 50$ at sky's the limit. Nice atmosphere with an energetic live band. Conch soup and roasted pork where pretty good, but overall not worth it. People over 60 seem to be having a good time...

Thank p z

Was super excited for this experience but was very, very let down. Yes, all you can eat grilled lobster but it was average. It was not warm. In fact, everything on the buffet was room temperature from the soups, to the pasta, rice and meat dishes. Nothing was warm whatsoever. All of it felt like it was made at 5pm and just waiting for our 9pm reservation. Not sure why they can't afford some sternos or a heat lamp but it'd make the experience way better. For close to $60/person, they need some additional touches to make this worth it.

Overrated and always packed. The food line for the lobster buffet is ridiculously long and if you are not an avid lobster lover than it is not worth the wait. If you love lobster than the high price of $65 per meal will be worth it; If not then I suggest you choose a different restaurant.

we've been in this restaurant for the caribean food and it was just a food nightmare. we had the creole plate ,which's black caribean sausage ( the one i buy in my supermarket are much better),crabs with a kind of meat inside was just horrible , lambi with tomato sauce was ok,accras of fish was a piece of oil .the only thing was good are the chips for my daugther , so imagine the level of the chef !!we couldnt eat our plate , which's rare for us to be so disapointed..
the service was really bad , we thought like we disturb the boss.

This has been a must do dinning evening for us during each trip to St Maartin. In the past we have always had excellent experiences but this visit the service, atmosphere and even the food was not up to standard. The restaurant itself is beautiful and is second level waterfront in Marigot. We can comment only on the Lobster Buffet served Wednesday and Saturday. Our Saturday visit was not good. The place was packed ( a good thing for the relatively new owners, Myriam and Yoann if service and food had not suffered) with long lines at the buffet all evening, delays and shortage of the lobster and so on. Plenty of soups and other meats on the buffet all of which were very good but at nearly $65.00 US the main draw is the lobster. We commented to the owner Yoann, that the evening was not up to expectation and he apologized and asked we return as his guest for another evening. The second visit was a Wednesday and the experience was much better. The restaurant was perhaps 1/2 full and the service was much more attentive. Again the buffet was well done overall but still there was the occasional delay ( 5-10 minutes +/-) as chef replenished the grilled lobster. These delays created a wait line that we just do not recall experiencing any of our many previous visits. Anyway... between the 2 visits we'd consider the overall experience average. We know of no other place on the island where the lobster buffet is so large, with many other meat options and so on. Value wise it remains a good deal if you eat a lot of lobster. If not, there are other choices that would be better for "regular dining" or perhaps select from their menu rather than the buffet. Previously we have rated Le Mini Club as excellent. We will go back again next trip to the island and hope for the best.
