We have been going to Bistro Nu for the past 10 years during our annual St Martin trip. It is hidden down a little alleyway in Marigot. It is small and quaint and very french. The one man service by Jean Claude is outstanding & the chalkboard specials menu that he brings from table to table only adds to the charm of this place. We always get the same meal - french onion soup to start, the grouper in the delicious garlic sauce over pasta (with extra garlic sauce on the side for bread dipping) and creme brulee to finish the meal. A trip to St Martin would not be the same without going here. Go here, you will not be disappointed, I promise!
