“Quite enjoyable”
Reviewed January 14, 2013

We did this tour as part of a day trip. If you love to see different types of flowers this is the place to visit. Our day guide offered to take photos of anyone who wanted using your camera. People @ gardens were informative explaining names & various info on flowers. Our tour did NOT allow time for the mineral baths BUT when I saw how open to public, I wouldn't want to take a bath there.

“A nice distraction if you have the time”
Reviewed January 11, 2013

Soufriere is a beautiful little town by the Pitons. The Gardens and Diamond Falls located at the back end of town are a calm oasis. If you like flowers and grenery, you will enjoy this walk through the gardens. If you're not a fan of greenery, stay away as you will be disappointed. There are mineral baths but would recommend you try either the sulfur baths at the drive in volcano or the hot and cold baths on the south side of town. The baths are simple but please remember this isn't North America or Europe where everything is developed into a major attraction. A final tip: if you go early in the morning, you can stroll through without someone asking if you want a guide (don't think one is required).

“Fun and quick outing”

A bit quick unless you soak in the mineral baths at the end. The guides are very nice and quite knowledgeable.

“Haven of beauty and peace!”

Very well-maintained gardens.
Hot water bath is so great. Baths were used for French soldiers recovery. It owrks, my skin and joints feel so great now.
Go there early before catamaran/cruise ship arrive in Soufriere.

“Nice gardens”
Reviewed January 5, 2013

We visited as part of a day trip from a cruise.
The gardens were in fact quite lovely despite the rain. Many beautiful & Colourful plants, their properties explained by our knowledgeable guide. There were many paths leading to other areas but we didn't get a chance to explore because of the time. A school for very young children was in the grounds.
The waterfall was ok.
Didn't try the restaurant & the toilets could be better sign posted - wasted time while many of our party were searching for it !!
