Enjoyed a wonderful week in early January 2012 with friends at Mango Point. The views of the Pitons, the sunsets, the pool, the food, and the staff made for a very relaxing week. Pamela is not only a very accommodating and good cook, but she has such a pleasant personality. Just a few helpful hints for you ------1.) we felt it was better to ask for the fish (especially fresh lobster) than the meat.....2.) be prepared for an unusual rocky, bumpy and steep road to access the house.... 3.) If you drive or go anywhere, the signage on the whole island is very poor...4.) the house is very comfortable , but be aware that it is an open house near the forest and you will be dealing with critters inside the house and your bedroom (we were fine with it - but it may not be for everyone.) We did NOT experience any mosquitos at this time of year. 5.) The food at the house is so good, it is not necessary to eat out. None of these items are vacation-wreckers, and all in all, we enjoyed this island, the house, and this particular time of the year. Yes, we would go back.
