Delicous cocoa inspired dining with great service. We ate 4 dinners here, and each time the quality was excellent. Friendly, attentive service and open kitchen helped the experience. The menu all contains cocoa which I thought would be oppressive but is subtly and skilfully included, using all parts of the pod. There's a great view of the petit piton from a modern beautifully designed bar / restaurant area. I recommend the story of chocolate on ice, or the 9 item chocolate tasting dessert. Chairman's rum punch is also worth a go! Many diners are from other resorts come in to taste the great cooking, probably best to book this one.
