We stayed at Fond Doux Holiday Plantation for a week in celebration of our marriage. We are so glad that we got the all-inclusive because we got to try a week's worth of delicious cuisine. Some of our favorites included pumpkin soup, piton battered chicken strips, red snapper (grilled), grilled shrimp with rice and red lentils. Also, on the lunch menu we really liked the chicken burger (chicken breast chopped, seasoned and made into a patty) and the chicken roti both served with delicious fries. Not to be missed is the buffet which is on Saturday nights and had bbq ribs, bbq chicken, seasoned potatoes, au gratin potatoes, salad, pumpkin soup, steamed veggies, bread, two types of fish, and a dessert bar. For drinks the Cocoa Fond Doux and Cupid's Arrow are awesome. The staff are friendly, very attentive and knowledgable about the menu. The owners are often at the restaurant and are very friendly and welcoming.
