We ate lunch at the restaurant after hiking the Tet Paul nature trail. It's very convenient since it's right at the bottom of the trail.
The atmosphere is really nice, the restaurant is surrounded by rainforest foliage and birds frequently fly in and out - a huge plus for bird watchers! Also there are resident cats that patrol the dining room begging for food. Very cute. Be careful though, if you feed them they will climb on you for more. The food took a while to come but when it did, it was great! Good sized portions, especially considering the price. I would absolutely return if I come back to St Lucia.
Non-hotel patrons be aware that the tour advertised for the hotel grounds (cocoa plantation and botanical gardens) is only for hotel guests, despite being advertised in several places.
