We stayed at Hummingbird Resort for one week and ate here four times .
Glorious view of the Pitons from the open air dining room.
The fish of the day varied- kingfish , blue marlin, tuna. But the portions were always generous and the various preparations tasty and never too spicey.
One night they didn't ran out of shrimp ( which was the"topping" on the kingfish) and instead there was lobster! Great substitution.
Reasonably priced wines.
The. chocolate cake was a bit dry - the only disappointment of the week.
