Following a good review in St. Lucia's "The Traveller" my husband and I had a late lunch at the Delice restaurant a week ago. The restaurant was cool and attractively set out and the views over the lush vegetation and Pitons were lovely. There were only four other people dining in the restaurant. The service was pleasant and unhurried. I ordered a tuna salad. The salad was fresh and delicious but I was disappointed with the Tuna steak which was overcooked and tough. I should have complained but didn't want to spoil the relaxed atmosphere. Despite my disappointment I would recommend this to other tourists visiting St. Lucia.
