We stayed at La Haut for a week, and so ate a lot at their restaurant. The food was always excellent, and the views wonderful. Everything was always cooked fresh, which is why some people may note that it may take a little longer to arrive than they're used to. Loved their pumpkin soup and their cocoa tea, made fresh from their own cocoa grown on the property. A lot of the ingredients are grown on the property, and the breakfast eggs are from their own hens. We would've liked to have seen some daily specials. Their alcoholic drinks were great and not watered down, as you experience in a lot of other holiday destinations. The only reason I gave the atmosphere a little bit of a lower rating is because often they had inappopriate music playing, such as rap.
