Visiting family in St Lucia it was a pleasure to come back to this delightful restaurant to enjoy another superb meal. It may not be the cheapest place to eat but it is certainly one of the best. Each time the service has been fantastic and the food superb.
This is a small business run by a husband and wife team that do a superb job with just a couple of other staff. The food was to the same high standard as previously and I'm glad we decided to come here to eat again.

We stumbled across La Terrasse on our first night staying around Rodney Bay, and what a gem! It's run by a great hunsband-and-wife team who serve delicious food in a great setting. It's just off the main strip but an absolute must visit. Great value for money as well, wish we'd been able to come back for a second dinner!

Possibly the best meal we had on the Island! Delicious starters and mains, the whole table was very impressed! This was coupled with excellent service from both the owners and the waitress. Lovely quiet location, would recommend a visit

A meal at La Terrasse isn't cheap - even the house red costs EC£69 before tax and service are added, and a bottle of still water set us back EC$19 - but the food is so good that to drink beer with it would be a sacrilege.

My wife chose Calamari as a starter, and pronounced it excellent - I had French Onion Soup which was also very good (we had sampled the signature creme brulee starter on a previous visit). We followed with Yellowfin Tuna - which was tender, tasty, and served slightly rare - and Mahi-Mahi, which was also good.

The service was good, but could have been better - we asked our waiter three times what the ingredients were in the flavoured butter that accompanied the bread, and eventually we only found out the answer by asking the owner. We were also disappointed that it was left to us to cool the red wine to the right temperature (using the ice bag provided) - you'd expect a French restaurant to know how red wine should be served.

But these are minor concerns. La Terrasse has a wonderful ambience and serves very good food - if money was no object we'd be there most nights!

Claudia and Thomas are attentive hosts and the various dishes tasty. We highly recommend a visit if you are in Rodney Bay for dinner. We had our two kids with us (8 & 6) and we all liked La Terrasse. What makes the place special is the friendly service by Claudia and Thomas. Thank you again.
