We did the Simon Says tour from Sandals Grande, and it was great! We had also done the Sandals Super Snorkel, which was good as well. What made Simon Says better is that it was on a speed boat, so when we were headed home, it didn't take forever. The volcano mud bath was neat, and the lunch was excellent.

So my wife and I just got back from St. Lucia where we did, among other things, the over-priced Simon Says tour. The main "attractions" are a stinky, smelly mudbath in *boiling* hot water, getting your picture taken under a small waterfall in *freezing* cold water, and a mediocre "local cuisine" lunch.
If you want to hear all about how Simon built his "empire", get hassled by locals trying to sell you tchotchke, and ride in a small stinky van -- this tour is for you. Otherwise, SKIP IT!

We just returned from Sandals Grande St. Lucia where we did the speedboat tour though Simon Says Tours. It was fantastic! What a wonderful way to see the island without being stuck in a van through those winding roads all day! We traveled by speed boats and spent the morning snorkeling and then followed that with visiting the mud baths at the volcano. We also had lunch at Simon's home which was delicious and very authentic. We visited the waterfall before heading back on the speed boat. The staff was entertaining and so accommodating. Simon even stopped to see if he could help our friend buy a SD card for his camera when we were in town. I totally agree with the previous reviews that if you stay at Sandals- book through them and choose the Simon Says Tour. Thanks Simon for a wonderful day!

My husband and I did the Simon Says tour leaving from Sandals Grande. We took a speed boat down the coast, snorkeled, went into the volcano and did the hot springs mineral bath, had lunch and visited a beautiful garden and waterfall, This was the best day we had! After a few days at the resort we were a little stir crazy and this is just the adventure we were looking for. Simon and his crew are knowledgeable, funny and make sure that you enjoy the day. We loved the lunch at Simon's house! Perfect chance to have authentic cooking rather than what you are fed at Sandals. Simon provides rum punch and piton beers for the ride back. Definitely a must do! Thanks Simon for a great day!!!!! Worth every penny!

Just got back from sandals Grande St. Lucian and my husband and I did many excursions while there. By far the Simon Says tour was our favorite. The reason being because you do so many things. You do have to travel a ways down the island but it is by speed boat...not a bus.The tour guides were wonderful and pointed out everything you would want to see while traveling to the southern point of St. Lucia. The snorkeling was awesome and the view of the Pitons was breathtaking! The mud bath was very cleansing, lunch was amazing, and the waterfall was "refreshingly cold".lol You can even purchase the sulfur mud bars from Simon for $10. The ride back is by boat as well and only takes about 20 minutes. Music is playing, drinks are being passed out, and everyone is able to relax and enjoy the views. Our tour was from 9:30 to about 3. Don't be hesitant about the length of the tour because, like I said, you get to do so much in that amount of time.

Tips: if staying at the Grande St. Lucian, there will be many guys down by the beach trying to sell similar tours...I would really recommend going through sandals and booking the Simon says. It is the same price, if not cheaper, and I noticed one of the competitor's boats did not have a covering....the Simon says boat does, which came in handy because it rained at the beginning of our tour.
