Description: The Cliff at Cap Restaurant was famously hailed by The New York Times and is already one of the most highly sought after tables on the island. Located on the northwest coast in one of the Caribbean's most dramatic settings overlooking the surging Caribbean Sea. The kitchen at The Cliff at Cap is overseen by Welsh born Executive Chef Craig Jones, a St Lucian Chef of the Year recipient, who serves an inspired French West Indian contemporary menu. His nouveau French West Indian cuisine elegantly presents the bounty of St Lucia's fresh local farm produce and seafood readily sourced on this tropical island. The Cliff at Cap offers unobstructed views towards Martinique to the north and Pigeon Island to the West, and surrounded by the magnificent Caribbean sea, with sunsets to die for. The restaurant is open to non residents from breakfast to dinner with a dress code of smart casual.

“Truly scrumptious!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 10, 2013

My husband and I had dinner yesterday evening at this restaurant. Based on the other comments about it on Tripadvisor, we decided to book a table.
And we really didn't expect to have an EXTRAORDINARY CULINARY EXPERIENCE.
The menu was a taste of different creole dishes: 3 appetizers (tomato soup, salt fish and green figs salad, crab acra (fritter). Then 3 entrees: beef pot, mahi mahi with curried mango and sweet potato beignet. Then, 3 desserts: brownie with homemade whipped cream, chocolate mousse and banana pudding. All was TRULY SCRUMPTIOUS. The portions were small (like tapas size). The presentation was superb, and the food unforgettable. Even the bread at the beginning of the meal was so delicious.
The view is the best view of the island. The interior decor is wonderful and the staff is very helpful, efficient, friendly, professional.
Yesterday evening, there was live music (a very good guitarist).
I know the price is a little bit expensive compared to most of the other restaurants on the island, but it is worth going there.
My husband and I are visiting almost all the Caribbean islands and THE CLIFF restaurant is THE BEST ONE in the Caribbean.
So, DO NOT HESITATE! Go to have dinner to THE CLIFF restaurant and you will not forget the EXPERIENCE!!!

“Breathtaking”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 7, 2013

This was our fourth trip to Cap Maison, as we vacation at Windjammer Landing .
We were treated to a table on the lower deck at the oceans edge. This particular evening the sunset was one of the most beautiful we have ever scene.
There was a "Guest" chef, so there was a fixed menu. We were not in the least bit disappointed! The food was fabulous from appetiser to dessert . Our wait staff very attentive, and friendly.
Looking forward to next years trip! A must do in St. Lucia

“This should be higher on the list.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 24, 2013

This is one of THE best restuarants on St Lucia; much higher than the 5 it has been given.
The other reviewers are accurate,
The spot is beautiful and the view one of the most breathetaking in the country,
The food is creative and lovely and the wines imaginative and with large selection.
Not inexpensive ( $100 pp or so), the experiance is well worth the money you will spend.
If dinner is too pricey,go for a drink at sunset.

“pity we only ate once at this great restaurant”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 24, 2013

we stayed at Cap Maison and we decided to tryout The Cliff on our last night and that was a big mistake as had we know this restaurant was so good, we would have gone there more often. The food was simply exquisite and the service was good too. The meal we had here was surely one of the best meals in our trip to St Lucia. I had beef as a main and this was simply out of this world. Should you visit st lucia you surely have to try out this restaurant.
