During a recent trip to St. Lucia, we dined at several well-known restaurants in Castries and Rodney Bay. Most were average to good. We ordered seafood frequently, and in other places it was, sadly, over-cooked. However, Jacques Waterfront Dining, also known as "Froggy Jack's" served perfectly prepared food. Both meat and fish were delicious, and the bread was great. Staff was very friendly and efficient. This is an above-average restaurant if you are dining around the area.
